As the University of Utah Men’s Club Lacrosse Team begins the 2016-17 season, we need YOUR help and, want YOU to be a Founder! The Founders Challenge is a fundraising initiative to show the University of Utah and the Athletic Department that our donors can provide significant financial resources directed toward our mission of taking our current teams Club level status to a Division I Men’s Lacrosse program at Utah in the near future. A portion of these funds will also be used to support the existing Club team in addition to Booster Club funds raised each year. These funds will allow the existing Club team be more successful and further push the Division 1 mission of the Founders Challenge.
In addition, we want the lacrosse community, as a whole, in the state of Utah to embrace our vision and come together as one in supporting this effort to be the first University to offer Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse in the Pac-12 Conference. Our mission is to bring our Men’s Lacrosse to Division 1 status and help other Universities like Oregon, Stanford, USC and others do the same.
